Centre yourself with the power of nature.
As the countryside awakens in spring, the urge to get out into the open air gets ever stronger and draws us out into the great outdoors and the spring air. Numerous guided events and workshops around the topics health, balance and relax will ensure you have all the basics you need off to a good start for the warm season.
The events will be held every week and are suitable for both adults and teenagers from the age of 14 and up. To take part in these events you have to sign up.



The Five Tibetans®
Balance for everyday life
Castelrotto from 7 to 9.30 a.m.

The Five Tibetans® is a series of five exercises for body and spirit. Their effect is holistic: The body is trained, metabolism boosted, immune system and hormone release harmonised, detoxification stimulated… and best of all: the exercises are easy for everybody and quick to learn.
Furthermore, the rustle of leaves on the Calvary hill with its meditative atmosphere, awaken all the senses. A simple, efficient method of caring for your body and bringing your whole being into balance.
Expert:
Monika Malfertheiner first learned about the Five Tibetans® while studying to become an InnerFitness® Trainer, and is a dedicated devotee of the five rituals.

Our expert Rudi will analyse your feet and give you an advice about the right shoe for you. You will notice what a difference the right leisure and sports shoes makes and also learn how much your general well-being depends on your feet.
Expert:
Rudi Brunner is a dedicated runner and mountain sports enthusiasts. He has won, amongst other, the 2010 Vienna half marathon, and is also a trainer for endurance sports and performance diagnostics, orthopaedic technician and leader of running groups. Rudi will accompany and supervise runners from beginner level right through to advanced.

Alpine forest bathing
Breathe and recharge your batteries
S. Costantino, Fiè allo Sciliar from 9 to 12 a.m.

When we got forest bathing, we dive into the atmosphere of the forest with our every sense. In the peaceful woodland around the idyllic San Costantino lake, we emerge from our everyday routine and come a little closer to our true selves as we watch, hear, touch, smell and taste the forest; through our senses, we create a direct, heartfelt relationship with nature. The ethereal scents released by the trees strengthen our immune system and bring us a sense of inner peace. We can relax to our very depths, and take a step close towards a life of vitality with a new spring in our steps.
Expert:
Monika Malfertheiner is a professional and dedicated InnerFitness®, Five Tibetans® and health trainer who is working with aspects of Nature Response®. During her sessions, she aims to impart a conscious awareness of body and spirit in relation to nature to her participants.

Morning hike in the forest with brunch
The wood and healthy nutrition as source of regeneration

Hiking through the woods is not only packed with variety, the wood-air is beautifully perfumed with the resin of the trees, a scent which is wonderful for the airways. Our expert Egon will lead you through the woods until "Ansitz Velseck". On the way he will show you, how to get strength out of the wood to use for the daily routine. During the healthy brunch with regional products you can enjoy the fascinating view of the Catinaccio massif before you return to the village.

Egon Zuggal has set himself the goal of spreading joy and sport. As a sports group leader, Functional Fitness trainer and outdoor sportsman, giving people lasting memories through healthy movement in the open air is particularly dear to his heart.

Nature's medicine chest
Healing herbs excursion and preparation of a herbal remedy

Harness the power of nature and, under the guidance of our expert herbalist Adelheid, make up your own herbal remedy to take home a s a souvenir.
Expert:
Adelheid Plattner is fascinated by the age-old skills of our forebears in bringing wellbeing, health and vitality into our everyday lives. She honed her knowledge and skills during her training as a herbal expert, teacher and bud specialist, and enjoys sharing her expertise through seminars, workshops, herbal hikes and courses.

Mental training & grounding
Connecting with nature, to improve your mental and physical health
Siusi allo Sciliar from 9 to 12 a.m.

Easy mindfulness and grounding exercises, together with breathing techniques and mental training, relax our brains and soothe our bodies.
Expert:
Ruth Rieder is a certified neuromental trainer, burnout prevention coach, expert in Alpine forest bathing, and nature and outdoor instructor. In her blend of mental training and outdoor exercise, she combines adventure with relaxation and provides precious advice on how to gain greater balance.

Bracing training in the Laranza wood
Simple exercises in nature with own body weight
Laranza/Telfen, Siusi allo Sciliar from 6 to 7.30 p.m.

The Laranza wood is a nature fitness studio and rewards you with fresh spring air, views to Dolomites and a splendid view from the "Königswarte" panoramic point. So that means step-training on a bench, push-ups against a tree or simply balance training as you press your whole weight down into the changing terrain underfoot. Take a relaxing jog to round off your workout.
Body tension, body awareness, coordination training and regeneration make movement easier and help you to get more out of your workout. Our functional fitness trainer will help you to improve your skills in these areas and explain the connection between movement and quality of life.

Morning walk with breakfast in the middle of nature
Laghetto di Fiè, Fiè allo Sciliar from 8 to 10 a.m.
Dates: 14, 21, 28 May; 4, 11, 18, 25 June; 2 July
The walking group make their way from the info point through the woods to the Huber lake and finally to the Laghetto di Fiè. After a stretching session to wind down, a breakfast will be served directly on the lake.
