The tourist tax of 2.50 € per person aged 14 years and over per night is not included in the price above mentioned and is only payable on departure.
Rates per day for sofa bed occupancy:
- 0-2 years (cot) 10.00 €
- 3-12 years 15.00 €
- aged 13 and above 25.00 €
Additional charge for breakfast (in sofa bed) per day:
- 1-2 years 5.00 €
- 3-5 years 10.00 €
- 6-12 years 15.00 €
- aged 13 and above 20.00 €
The apartments (without kitchenette) are cleaned twice a week (final cleaning included).
Further daily cleaning service (kitchenette non included):

Our two apartments can be reached with the lift and are equipped with direct dial phone, free wireless internet connection, safe, linen and crockery, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine.
As a special treat from us, find in your apartment a soft bathrobe, sauna and pool towel and body care products for you to use during your stay. We also provide you with an umbrella for rainy days and a sewing kit for any small sartorial emergency.
The Schwarzer Adler is a smoke-free environment. All flats are non-smoking!
Laundry service (except drying and ironing): 15.00 € per wash
Sandwich service
Pets: Your dear friends are very welcome in our hotel. We will provide you with a sleeping pad and bowls for food and water. The garden has its own dog park where your darling can let off steam. Please consider that for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in the dining room and the spa area. For each night’s stay there will be applied a cleaning charge of 13.00 €-25.00 € for your animal friend.
Arrival: Your apartment is available at 4 p.m. In case you arrive earlier, we are happy to take care of your luggage. If you can't be here by dinner time (until 8 p.m.), please let us know on time.
Departure: You may use your apartment until 10 a.m.
How to pay: We prefer cash payment if possible (limit 4,999.00 €), otherwise we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Carta Si, Mastercard, Eurocard. If you pay with foreign currency we shall charge the official rate of the local bank.
Cancellation conditions (art. 1832 cod.civ.): There is no right of withdrawal stated in the Consumer Code. Nevertheless, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the total agreed price, from 1 month to 1 week 70%, within the last week 90%, in the case of early departure 100%.
Travel insurance: Cancellations are always regrettable for everyone concerned. Therefore, consider subscribing our travel insurance to cover cancellation expenses!
